Architects, engineers, contractors, glaziers, owners, and other project professionals remain responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the intended application and complies with applicable codes, specifications, and project requirements.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Project Agreements

Submitting a contact form, quote request, drawing, takeoff, specification, or other project information does not create a contract or guarantee that PGS will provide a quote, accept an order, or meet a requested schedule.

Quotes, orders, warranties, payment terms, production requirements, and delivery obligations are governed by the written documents issued or accepted for the specific transaction. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific written agreement controls.

4. Uploaded Materials and Project Information

You may submit drawings, specifications, photographs, artwork, takeoffs, and other materials for project evaluation.

By submitting materials, you represent that:

• You are authorized to provide them
• Their submission does not violate another party’s rights
• PGS may review and use them to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, evaluate feasibility, or fulfill an authorized project

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant PGS a limited right to use, reproduce, and internally share those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or support the requested work.

Do not upload sensitive personal information or confidential material that is unrelated to the project inquiry.

5. Intellectual Property

After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message and will stop sending further SMS messages unless you provide consent again.

You represent that you are the authorized user of the telephone number provided and agree to notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, and network conditions.
