VISTA-Max
The standard choice for doors and walls, with 1-inch horizontal bands and a large viewing area
Maximum size: 40 x 40 in. or 11 sq. ft.
Operation: Single-sided or dual-sided
VISTA-SuperMax
Two independently operated panels for openings larger than standard VISTA-Max sizes.
Maximum size: 80 x 40 in. or 22 sq. ft.
Operation: Single-sided or dual-sided
VISTA-Max-XL
A long, narrow configuration that combines two vertical panel areas into one streamlined unit.
Maximum size: 40 x 80 in. or 22 sq. ft.
Operation: Single-sided or dual-sided
VISTA-Slide
A continuos panel with 1-inch vertical bands that move side to side for larger openings.
Maximum size: 80 x 48 in. or 26 sq. ft.
Operation: Single-sided or dual-sided
VISTA-Vision
The largest Vistamatic® panel and the first configuration designed for exterior use, operated by a sliding magnetic controller.
Maximum size: 70 x 55 in. or 26 sq. ft.
Operation: Single-sided magnetic control
VISTA-Port
A circular privacy panel for doors and walls where a conventional rectangle is not the right fit.
Maximum size: 15 3/4 in. diameter x 13/16 in. thick

Vistamatic® uses two outer sheets of 1/4-inch tempered glass with a moving 5/32-inch center pane. The standard sealed assembly has an overall thickness of 11/16 inch.

Vistamatic® is a manually operated, triple-glazed vision panel that changes between clear observation and visual privacy by shifting a patterned center pane.
Does Vistamatic® require electricity?
No. Standard Vistamatic® panels are mechanically operated and require no electrical power or wiring.
Can Vistamatic® be used in both doors and walls?
Yes. Vistamatic® panels can be incorporated into compatible doors, walls, and interior partitions. VISTA-Vision is also designed for exterior use.
Are ligature-resistant controls available?
Yes. A ligature-free knob is available for behavioral health and other sensitive environments.
Are fire-rated Vistamatic® panels available?
Yes. Fire-rated glass and panel configurations are available. The required rating, door or wall assembly, glass make-up, and installation details must be confirmed for the project.
What is the largest Vistamatic® panel?
Maximum dimensions depend on the configuration. VISTA-Slide is available up to 80 x 48 inches, while VISTA-Vision is available up to 70 x 55 inches and is designed for exterior use.
Does Vistamatic® provide blackout?
Options include tempered, laminated, fire-rated, laser polymer, polycarbonate, bullet-resistant, lead, and Low-E glazing.
What glazing option are available?
Clarity™ can be configured with certain fire-rated glazing products. Contact PGS to confirm compatibility, ratings, sizes, and construction requirements for the project.
